CustomerSuccessU is a mission-driven not-for-profit organization dedicated to elevating the Customer Success profession. We offer free and affordable Customer Success certification courses to empower career advancement, all thanks to our passionate team of volunteers. This includes our leadership team, who lead by example by donating their time, money and expertise to develop and maintain CustomerSuccessU. True to our not-for-profit status, all proceeds directly support the vision and mission of CustomerSuccessU.
